自我国国家教育部发出各高校要在主干课、急需课中采取双语教学的通知以来,各高校都积极响应,采取各种措施以保证双语教学的顺利进行。作为选修课的科技信息(文献)检索课是否一定要跟风也实行双语教学呢?笔者认为应该从实际出发,不盲目、不追求时髦,脚踏实地上好课,培养学生良好的信息素质,提高学生分析、选择、利用、组织和检索信息(文献)资源的能力。
