大白菜雄性不育两用系 88 3雄性败育过程的细胞解剖观察结果表明 ,大多数小孢子母细胞能正常形成 ;败育从小孢子母细胞至二核花粉粒皆有发生 ,高峰期出现在末期Ⅱ前后 ;败育形式主要有小孢子母细胞不能进入减数分裂和小孢子母细胞不能完成减数分裂及小孢子不能正常发育 3种形式 ;败育特点是败育一旦发生便彻底解体或凝聚成一团 ;成熟花药内无花粉粒 ;中层组织、绒毡层组织及药隔维管束异常均与雄性败育有关
