目的:总结和分析时辰药理学在高血压药品用药中的应用,为以后将时辰药理学应用于高血压药品的使用方面提供参考,提高临床的合理用药水平。方法:根据文献报道,结合医院及临床的实际情况,将在文献中和临床上收集到的高血压病例,对时辰药理学在高血压治疗中的应用情况进行整理和分析。结果:不同的降压药物的最佳使用时间均不相同。同一种药物按相同剂量,于不同的时间点进行给药时,可产生不同的药效和不良反应。结论:高血压治疗的临床给药应根据时辰药理学的基本原理,制定合理的用药方案,从而达到提高药效、减少用药量和不良反应的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the application of chronological pharmacology in the treatment of hypertensive drugs and to provide references for the application of chronological pharmacology in the future of hypertensive drugs and to improve the rational clinical use of drugs. Methods: According to the reports in the literature, combined with the actual situation in hospitals and clinics, the cases of hypertension collected in the literature and in the clinic were collected and analyzed for the application of chrono pharmacology in the treatment of hypertension. Results: The optimal use of different antihypertensive drugs are not the same time. The same drug at the same dose, when administered at different time points, can produce different efficacy and adverse reactions. Conclusion: The clinical administration of hypertension should be based on the basic principles of time-based pharmacology, to develop a reasonable drug regimens, so as to achieve the purpose of improving efficacy, reducing the dosage and adverse reactions.
