近年来,随着国家对农村基层扶持力度的不断加大,乡镇财力不断增强,乡镇各项事业得到了不断发展;面对如此发展机遇,乡镇财政作为最基层的一级政府财政,其财政职能履行情况的好坏,不仅关系公共财政体制的建设,也关系全面建设小康社会目标的实现和基层政权的稳定。因此,不断加强乡镇财政监督,规范乡镇财政管理,是我们财政监督当前的一项重要任务。
