工会,是职工群众自愿结合的群众组织。作为一名工会干部,从事工会工作,为职工群众服务,是件光荣而自豪的事。 现实生活中,部分工会干部却以为工会有名无位,总觉得自己矮人一头,有种委曲感;或认为,企业改革,厂长(经理)说了算,工会干部无足轻重。一言以蔽之,就是工会干部地位低下,不受人尊重。于是,他们自卑,自己瞧不起自己。
Trade unions are masses of people voluntarily united by the workers and staff members. As a cadre of trade unions, it is a matter of honor and pride to work in trade unions and serve the masses of workers and staff. In real life, some union cadres thought that the union was not famous and always felt that they were dwarves and had a sense of devotion. Or they thought that the reform of the enterprise and the director (manager) had the final say and that the trade union cadres were insignificant. In a word, trade union cadres are underrepresented and unmanned. So, they are inferiority, look down on themselves.
