教学管理工作是舞蹈专业院校教学工作的重要组成部分。作为最基层的教学管理人员,教学秘书参与组织和管理日常教学活动,协助、配合相关领导进行教学管理工作,是保障日常教学活动有序进行的基石。本文拟从舞蹈专业院校教学管理工作中教学秘书的工作职能分析其重要作用,并就充分发挥教学秘书的主观能动性提出建议。
Teaching management is an important part of the teaching of dance colleges and universities. As the most basic teaching management staff, the teaching secretary involved in organizing and managing day-to-day teaching activities and assisting and coordinating with relevant leaders in teaching management is the cornerstone of ensuring the orderly conduct of daily teaching activities. This article intends to analyze the important role of teaching secretary in the teaching management of dance major and to make suggestions on how to give full play to the subjective initiative of the teaching secretary.
