目的 探讨眼前段损伤修复、外伤性白内障摘出并人工晶状体植入联合手术的可行性。方法 对21例角膜裂伤的外伤性白内障行角膜裂伤修复、虹膜复位、白内障摘出并人工晶状体植入。后囊完整者期划开后囊膜。结果 术后视力>0.5者13例(61.9%),后囊混浊率33.3%,无感染发生。结论 联合手术可减少多次手术对伤眼的损伤,不会增加术后感染和后囊混浊的发生率。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of anterior segment injury repair and traumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Twenty - one cases of traumatic cataract with corneal laceration were treated by corneal laceration, iris reduction, cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Complete posterior capsule open after the capsule. Results Postoperative visual acuity> 0.5 in 13 cases (61.9%), posterior capsule opacification rate of 33.3%, no infection occurred. Conclusions Combined surgery can reduce the number of injuries to the injured eye surgery, will not increase the incidence of postoperative infection and posterior capsular opacification.
