1 临床资料 患者,男,50岁,因双眼痛痒2天就诊。4天前因发热、咽痛,自服复方新诺明4片,热退停药。既往无磺胺过敏史。 查体:体温37℃。神志清醒,全身皮肤无皮疹、出血点及色素沉着。双眼睑无浮肿,巩膜无黄染,球结膜无充血、水肿,眼球运动灵活,睑结膜无充血、水肿,有散在小滤泡。血、肺、腹部无异常。诊断:沙眼。给15％磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液3次/日点双
