10月15日,2014中国·青岛海洋国际高峰论坛在山东青岛举办。在论坛上发布了《新华海洋科技创新指数报告(2014)》。指数报告评价结果显示,青岛、上海、广州、天津和大连等城市海洋科技创新综合能力排在前列。报告认为,未来中国海洋科技创新应在三个“更加注重上下工夫”:一是更加注重海洋科技创新成果的转化应用;二是更加注重海洋科技创新生态系统的科学构建;三是更加注重高技术领域的突破和关键核心技术的研发。
October 15, 2014 China Qingdao Ocean International Summit was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Xinhua Marine Science and Technology Innovation Index Report (2014) was released at the forum. The index report evaluation results show that Qingdao, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Dalian and other cities in the marine science and technology innovation comprehensive ability in the forefront. The report believes that in the future, China’s marine scientific and technological innovation should be based on three principles of “paying more and more time and effort”: first, to pay more attention to the transformation and application of marine scientific and technological innovations; second, to pay more attention to the scientific construction of marine scientific and technological innovation ecosystems; third, pay more attention Breakthroughs in high-tech fields and research and development of key core technologies.
