第12届红外与毫米波国际学术会议1987年12月14～18日在美国佛罗里达州的奥兰多举行。会议由美国IEEE微波理论与技术协会组织。参加这届大会的专家学者来自18个国家约200多人,论文约200篇。我国电子部11所、上海技物所、电子部50所和南京工学院、华中工学院、中山大学、成电、福州大学8个单位参加,台湾和香港地区也有学者参加。本届大会发表的论文,内容遍及微波、毫米波、红外、自由电子激光领域内的器件制作、电路设计、系统设计、工艺、测量、综合评述等。从论文发表的比重看,毫米波多于红外,系统与电路设计的论文比重最大。
The 12th International Conference on Infrared and Millimeter Waves was held December 14-18, 1987 in Orlando, Florida, USA. The meeting was organized by the IEEE IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Association. The experts and scholars attending this conference come from about 200 countries in 18 countries and have about 200 theses. China’s Ministry of Electronics 11, Shanghai Institute of Technology, Department of Electronics 50 and Nanjing Institute of Technology, Central China Institute of Technology, Zhongshan University, Chengdu University, Fuzhou University to participate in eight units, Taiwan and Hong Kong also have scholars. Papers published at this conference cover the fabrication of devices, circuit design, system design, process, measurement and comprehensive reviews in the fields of microwave, millimeter wave, infrared and free electron lasers. From the proportion of published papers, millimeter-wave more than infrared, the largest proportion of systems and circuit design papers.
