企业精神是企业的灵魂。具有金威特色的企业精神,是深圳啤酒有限公司全体员工在企业创立和发展壮大中努力拼搏的智慧结晶,是企业生存和发展的强大动力,是无形的巨大宝贵财富。企业思想政治工作的对象是人,是企业全体员工。培育一支具有良好素质的员工队伍是所有企业思想政治工作共同的基本任务。从多年的实践中,我们深刻体会到,企业员工素质的好坏,直接制约着企业的生存和发展。为提高员工素质我们着重抓了如下几个环节的工作:
