近代液压传动机构应用很广,而要保证液压机构的正常工作,与密封件的质量好坏关系很大。密封件有金属和非金属的,非金属的材料如橡胶、塑料和皮革等,其中尤以橡胶密封件应用甚广。我厂由于维护修理新老设备以及技革的需要,有时要自制一些非标准的或货源短缺的橡胶密封件。现将我们对于橡胶密封件的模具设计和制造中一些不成熟的经验作如下介绍,仅供参考。
