建筑工程全过程造价控制主要分为三个阶段,分别是项目决策和设计造价控制、招投标和施工设计造价控制、工程结算造价控制,工程造价管理贯穿于整个工程项目管理中。社会主义市场经济体制的不断变化给建筑工程全过程造价控制提出了新的要求,我们有必要对建筑工程全过程造价控制进行分析,以采取有效途径提高建筑工程的投资效益。本文主要对建筑工程全过程造价控制和合同管理进行了具体的分析,希望可以给建筑工程造价人员提供参考。
The whole process of construction cost control is mainly divided into three stages, namely, project decision-making and design cost control, bidding and construction design cost control, project settlement cost control, project cost management throughout the project management. The continuous changes of the socialist market economy system put forward new requirements for the whole process cost control of construction projects. It is necessary for us to analyze the cost control in the whole process of construction projects in order to take effective measures to improve the investment returns of construction projects. This article mainly analyzes the whole process cost control and contract management of construction project in detail, hoping to provide a reference for construction project cost personnel.
