“和乐”一词在《辞海》中的解释为:“和睦,快乐”。“和”是指与社会和谐,与自然和融,与人和善;“乐”在形式上是指乐道、乐群、乐观。个体通过顺应集体规则、融入群体互动和积极的个性体验,达到身心娱乐、欢乐、快乐的境界。我园的“和乐”具有多维度的含义。对幼儿个体发展而言,是和而不同,顺应发展;对教师专业发展而言,是乐道乐群,互动发展;对园所特色发展而言,是彰显特色,和谐发展。文化是一种历史的积淀,是一种适于大多数人生存、生活的道德规范和行为模式,涵盖了一切人类生活,被各研究
