应用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用仪(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了环境水中9种二苯醚类除草剂的分析方法。通过对固相萃取柱、淋洗液、流动相等的优化,确定以Oasis HLB为固相萃取柱、乙腈为淋洗液、水(0.001 mol/L HCl):乙腈(0.001 mol/L HCl)(7:3,V/V)为流动相做水样预处理。在最优条件下,目标物在水中回收率为88.6%~108.5%,相对标准偏差为在9.7%~18%,线性范围均在1~2000μg/L范围,各目标物标准品在UPLC-M S/M S系统中有效的线性相关(R2)为0.998以上。方法适用于环境水体中9种二苯醚类除草剂的同时检测。
The analytical methods of nine diphenylether herbicides in environmental water were established by using UPLC-MS / MS. Through the optimization of solid-phase extraction column, eluent and mobile phase, the column with Oasis HLB as solid phase extraction column, acetonitrile as eluent, water (0.001 mol / L HCl) 7: 3, V / V) as the mobile phase water pretreatment. Under optimal conditions, the recoveries of target compounds in water ranged from 88.6% to 108.5% with a relative standard deviation of 9.7% to 18%. The linear range of the target compounds ranged from 1 to 2000 μg / L. The effective linear correlation (R2) in the S / MS system is above 0.998. The method is suitable for the simultaneous detection of 9 diphenylether herbicides in environmental water.
