课堂教学是实施素质教育的主要方式,也是提高教学质量的重要途径。组织教师相互听课评课是教研组的重要工作职能,是学校对教师进行校训的重要形式,也是教师专业化发展的重要途径。搞好听课、评课,对于解决教学中存在的问题、改进教师的教学行为、提高教师的教学艺术、促进教师的自身发展进而提高高中语文教学质量,都有着十分重要的意义。各高中语文教研组应认真搞好听课评课。
Classroom teaching is the main way to implement quality education and an important way to improve teaching quality. Organizing teachers to give lectures to each other is an important work function of the teaching and research group, an important form of school mottoes for teachers and an important way for teachers’ professional development. Doing a good lesson, class evaluation, for solving the problems in teaching, improving teachers ’teaching behavior, improving teachers’ teaching art, promoting their own development and then improving the quality of Chinese teaching in senior high schools are all of great significance. All high school language teaching and research group should seriously do a good job class review class.
