探索了盾构管片拼装直接过站施工工艺,分析了盾构二次始发风险控制,并介绍在广州市轨道交通九号线清布站-高增站盾构区间施工中的实际应用,针对完工车站的结构特点和场地环境,设计出管片加钢管的过站形式,有效地简化了施工工序,缩短了工期,降低了综合成本。 This paper explores the construction process of the direct assembly of the shield segment assembly, analyzes the risk control of shield secondary initiation, and introduces the practical application in the construction of the shield section of Qingbu station - Gaozeng station in Guangzhou Metro Line 9, In view of the structural characteristics of the completed station and the site environment, the design of a steel tube over the segment of the pipe segment forms, effectively simplifying the construction process, shorten the construction period and reduce the overall cost.
