教学是由教师的教与学生的学所构成的一种特殊的认识活动．现代教学论强调以教师为主导，以学生为主体，即教师要千方百计地使学生主动地学习，学生真正掌握知识和技能是在教师的诱导启迪下自己悟懂学会的．对学生怎样启而得法，诱之有效，应该是每一位教师不断深入探讨的课题
Teaching is a kind of special understanding activity composed of teacher’s teaching and student’s learning. The modern teaching theory emphasizes teacher-oriented and student-centered, that is, teachers must make every effort to enable students to actively study. The students’ true knowledge and skills are understood and learned by the teacher under the inspiration of the teacher. How to teach students how to achieve success and induce them effectively should be a topic that every teacher will continue to explore in depth.
