中长跑项目是田径运动的传统项目之一,长时间、连续的肌肉活动是该项目的特点。根据中长跑的能量代谢特点,探讨六大营养素的配合比例,得出比较适合中长跑运动项目特点的营养补充,为中长跑运动员成绩的提高与机体的有效恢复提供依据。笔者试图通过对中长跑运动中所需要的营养进行研究,探讨合理营养方案,以达到使中长跑运动员在大强度训练后体力能尽快恢复,使成绩不断提高的目的。
The long-distance running program is one of the traditional track and field events. For a long time, continuous muscle activity is the hallmark of this project. According to the characteristics of energy metabolism of middle and long distance running, this paper discusses the proportion of six nutrients, and draws more suitable nutritional supplements for middle and long distance running events. It provides the basis for the improvement of middle and long distance runners’ achievements and the effective recovery of the body. The author attempts to study the nutrition needed in middle and long distance running to explore reasonable nutrition plan so as to achieve the purpose of recovering physical strength of middle and long distance runners as soon as possible after intensive training so as to improve their performance continuously.
