社会环境的变化特别是信息技术的迅猛发展,使知识信息的传播呈现前所未有的繁荣景象。囿于城乡人群在知识信息储备、信息应用条件、信息获取技能等方面的差异,城乡数字鸿沟依然存在继续拉大的趋势。为了在“十二五”建设中继续提升与扩展共享工程的影响力,应当加大力量重点消除农村用户与信息的距离,推动信息传播方式从固定到移动,提升信息应用工具的多样性,最终完成共享工程从单一群体到群体互联的转型。
