执政风险事关执政党的执政地位,是任何执政党都必须面对的重大问题。中国共产党在长期的执政实践中,抵御过各种执政风险,逐步深化了对执政风险的认识,抵御执政风险的能力也不断提高,自发的认识逐渐上升为抵御执政风险理论。这一理论随着实践的深入而不断丰富和完善,大致经历了自发期、自觉期和发展期三个发展阶段。
The Ruling Risks Concerning the Ruling Party’s Ruling Position is a major issue that any governing party must face. In long-term ruling practice, CPC has resisted various ruling risks, gradually deepened its understanding of ruling risks, continuously improved its ability to resist ruling risks and gradually raised its spontaneous understanding to resist the ruling risk theory. This theory has been continuously enriched and perfected with the deepening of practice, and has generally gone through three stages of spontaneous, conscious and developmental stages.
