病例女性,69岁,小学文化,无职业。因失眠,情绪低,疑心自己患重病,恐惧死亡,生活懒散3年,加重2月而入院。体格检查(一),精神检查:意识清晰,接触被动,多问少答,疑自己患了重症,情绪低落,生活需协助,少动多卧床,睡眠障碍,自知力缺乏。交谈困难。入院诊断:晚发性精神分裂症。给予泰尔登12.5mg Bid,3天后改为25mg Bid。用药3天后出现震颤,1周后出现咂嘴,转舌,口—颊—舌不自主节律性
