介绍和分析了当前厨卫龙头轴基防漏O型圈五种常见失效现象及其成因,包括材料不达标、结构不合理、定位方式不科学、胶圈材质老化以及配伍件表面质量欠佳等原因所导致的防漏效能下降,在此基础上从制作、装配和使用等角度总结提出了有针对性的解决策略,可为今后进一步改善轴基O型圈的防漏性能并进而提高水龙头生产质量的稳定性、均匀性和一致性提供了有价值的依据。
