科学原始创新是元创性、基础性科学创新,其成果有可能对传统科学基础理论、科学哲学概念进行较大的碰撞,从而导致科学观念的变革和科学的飞跃。科学原始创新能推动科技广阔领域的发明发现,所以得到国际科学界和各国政府的高度重视和大力支持,其中一些成果已获得诺贝尔奖或其他科学大奖。当代中国十分重视科学创新,更关心原始创新。关于如何发展科学原始创新,如何营造创新的优良环境,已成为学术界关心的问题。作为一个科学史工作者,拟从科学发展的曲折性来探讨这个问题。事物发展均是波浪式前进的,科技发展也不例外。在科技内部,不同部分发展的曲折性也有差异。一般讲,科学发展的曲折性远大于技术的,原创性科
Primitive innovation in science is a meta-creation and a basic scientific innovation whose achievements may have a large collision with the traditional concepts of science and philosophy of science, leading to the transformation of scientific concepts and the leap in science. Scientific original innovation can promote the invention discovery in a wide field of science and technology, so it has received great attention and strong support from the international scientific community and other governments. Some of these achievements have won the Nobel Prize or other scientific awards. Contemporary China attaches great importance to scientific innovation and is more concerned with the original innovation. How to develop the scientific original innovation, how to create an excellent environment for innovation has become a concern of academia. As a worker of history of science, this issue is to be explored from the tortuous nature of scientific development. The development of things is a wave of progress, technological development is no exception. There are also differences in the tortuous nature of the development of different parts within science and technology. In general, the tortuous nature of scientific development is far greater than that of technical and original subjects
