IT资源外包于1998年进入我国,并以每年不低于15%的速度增长。从理论上看,IT资源外包可以节省成本,使企业回归核心竞争力。但从我们对已实施IT资源外包的企业调查看,情况并不乐观。本文在调查的基础上,分析了企业在IT资源外包中出现的企业相关成本不降反升、承包商的服务并没有达到预期的效果、对承包商的依赖度高反而降低了企业的灵活性等常见的六大风险,探讨风险产生的原因,指出企业应通过提高自身对IT资源外包的认识程度、进行外包可行性分析、按自己确定的标准对供应商进行筛选以及加强对合同实施的监管等路径来规避这些风险。
IT resource outsourcing entered China in 1998 and grew at a rate of not less than 15% a year. In theory, IT resource outsourcing can save costs and enable enterprises to return to their core competitiveness. However, from our survey of enterprises that have implemented IT resource outsourcing, the situation is not optimistic.
