有机磷农药中毒后,出现迟发性神经毒性,临床并非少见,但呈现以混合性失语为主的,迟发性神经毒性症状者,并不多见。现就我院收住4例报道于下:一、病例介绍例1 宋××,男,36岁,农民,临海人,住院号:38908,1981年2月20日入院。于16天前服乐果3两余,90分钟后昏迷经常规抢救,第三天神志清,能语言。共用阿托品14915mg,第14天突然失语,亦不能理解别人语言。不食、少动,转来我院。患者平素身体佳,不嗜酒。
