血浆内皮素(Endothelin,ET)是由21个氨基酸组成的多肽,首先由Yangisawa以猪的主动脉内皮细胞的培养液中分离提取得到的缩血管物质,以后在人的内皮细胞和血液中也发现了该物质,目前已知有三种内皮素,分别叫做ET-1,ET- 2和ET-3,对心血管系统可能有重要的生理和病理的意义的是ET-1,它是迄今为止最为强烈的缩血管物质,使用放射免疫法可直接测定血浆ET浓度.本文对141例患者进行了血浆ET含量测定,并作初步分析和探讨.材料和方法一、正常对照组:20例健康体检人民,其中男、女各10例,年龄14~65岁.二、疾病组:141例均(男89例,女52例)为我院住院病人,年龄20~84岁,疾病诊断参考临床诊断和各项物理检查结果综合作出.
