信息透明的上市公司都是“强制公开”企业社会责任报告,何况非上市公司?这便是企业公民理念在中国的遭遇。2009中国栋力上市公司社会责任百强榜上的100家企业不管其履行社会责任与发布社会责任报告是否是自愿的,都堪称中国近两千家上市公司之栋梁,它们的所作所为正是在践行或掀起中国企业公民时代的新浪潮。因此,这100家企业有资格被冠以“栋力上市公司”之名,予以彪炳。
Listed companies with transparent information are all “mandatory disclosure” of corporate social responsibility reports, not to mention non-listed companies? This is the experience of corporate citizenship in China. In 2009, 100 companies listed on the Top 100 Social Responsibility Listed Companies of China Dongli Company were considered to be the pillars of nearly 2,000 listed companies in China, regardless of their fulfillment of social responsibilities and the issuance of social responsibility reports. This is exactly what they do. In practice or set off a new wave of Chinese corporate citizenship. Therefore, these 100 companies are eligible to be crowned with the name of “Dongli Listed Company” and they will be rewarded.
