1.金克华:笔者曾修理过两台有“黄光栅”故障的彩电,所用CPU为TMP47C434AN—3848;存储器为TC89101P;字符显示器为TC9020P—003。例1:一台黄山AH2168彩电,故障现象为满屏回扫线的黄色光栅,屏幕显示一串黑色字符“□□□□□□□□”。从故障现象来看,故障出在遥控系统,测TC9020GP的④、⑤、⑥脚电压均为5 V(正常时为0 V)。检查其外围元件未见异常,故更换TC9020GP集成块试机,故障依旧。后怀疑微处理器与TC9020GP的串行接口电路可能有问题。经用放大镜检查CPU的(13)脚外接上拉电阻R761开路,更换10 kΩ后,故障排除。(13)脚为时钟输出端与(13)、(14)、(15)、(16)脚一样必须接上拉电阻,
