我国档案著录工作尚处于摸索阶段,基础十分薄弱,各级各类档案馆普遍存在着人力不足、进度缓慢、质量不高的问题。诸多矛盾,千头万绪,严竣地摆在档案工作者面前,为了实现档案工作的标准化、自动化、现代化,未来的档案著录工作向何处去?要求我们去探索、去思考。笔者认为,就档案著录工作而言,它必将朝着高速度、高质量的方向发展,综合档案界同行研究的成果,可以作出如下预测: 一、档案主题词由手工标引向自动标引转化是必然趋势 要建立计算机管理档案信息数据库,首先要搞好档案的前处理即著录标引工作,而在整个前处理工作中难度最大要数进行主题标引。目前,档案主题标引基本上采用人工标引的方法,这是事
