China Securities Regulatory Commission and the People’s Bank of China jointly issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Domestic Securities Investment by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors. The Measures will come into effect on December 1. This is another important measure for implementing the development strategy of our country’s opening up and opening up in the capital market. It is a continuation and expansion of the policy of attracting foreign investment in the securities market in our country and will add new momentum to the further development of the securities market in our country.
