随着科学技术的日新月异,能源短缺已不容忽视,节约能源已受到世界性的普遍关注,在我国亦不例外,目前我国在建筑节能方面已经投入了相当的人力、财力和物力资源,并已取得了一定的成绩,但研究工作主要限于建筑节能技术和建筑节能政策方面,对于建筑施工阶段的质量管理和控制仍关注不足,本文重点研究节能建筑外墙外保温的施工管理过程,针对外墙外保温施工申存在的问题,在实际分析基础土,提出相应的管理措施和建议,提高节能建筑外墙外保温施工的质量管理水平。
