我厂三车间12500仟伏安电炉的电极把持器,过去一度使用大螺钉顶紧铜瓦式的,因这种结构放电极的操作笨重,后改用弹簧顶紧式的“弹簧半环”。“弹簧半环”要求铜瓦对电极的压力不能太大,使得当上面的钢带松开时,电极能靠自重下滑,从而达到下放电极的目的。这种结构,铜瓦对电极单位面积压力,据推算在0.5kg/cm~2以下。正因为“弹簧半环”铜瓦对电极的压力不大,所以接触不良,电阻大。这样,从电极壳内流出的电极糊就在铜瓦的接触面上烧结一层,使压力增大,电极滑不下来,再一次松
