用气相法生长成足够大的N salicylideneaniline(SA)单晶 ,并研究SA单晶对不同偏振探测光的光致变色性质 .在不同温度和不同偏振的情况下 ,测试了光致着色和光致褪色过程中光密度变化的时间依存性质 ,并通过计算获得SA单晶用不同偏振探测光测得的激活能 .并通过理论计算和实验结果发现 ,在 2 0 0K温度用紫外光照射样品时 ,生成的酮分子中约有 6 0 %是trans酮构型和约 40 %的cis酮构型
The single crystal of N salicylideneaniline (SA) was grown by vapor phase method and the photochromism of SA single crystal on different polarized probe light was studied. The photochromic and photochromic properties were tested under different temperatures and different polarizations The time dependence of the optical density change in the process, and obtain the activation energy of the SA single crystal with different polarization detection light by calculation.According to the theoretical calculation and experimental results, it is found that when the sample is irradiated with UV light at 200K, About 60% of the ketone molecules are transketone and about 40% cisketone
