如今事业单位人才竞争日益激烈,如何做好人力资源管理与绩效考核供做成为事业单位不得不关注的重点内容。事业单位中人力资源的管理与绩效考核能使得单位内部人员分工明确,了解自己在单位中处于的地位,利于提高机关单位职员的工作热情及工作目标的明确性。因此本文就机关事业单位关于人才资源管理及绩效考核等问题就行简要探究,以实现提高机关事业单位工作管理水平的目的。
Nowadays, there is an increasingly fierce competition for talents in public institutions, and how to do a good job in human resources management and performance appraisal so as to become the key content that public institutions must pay attention to. The management and performance appraisal of human resources in public institutions can make the division of internal staff clear and understand their own position in the unit, which will help enhance the enthusiasm of staff and workers and the clarity of work objectives. Therefore, this article briefly explores the issues concerning personnel resources management and performance appraisal in order to improve the management level of institutions and public institutions.
