良好的职业道德环境建设是公共图书馆精神文明建设十分重要的基础工作,也是体现一个现代图书馆以人为本的办馆宗旨和整体文明和谐的重要标志。本文从四个方面阐述了加强职业道德环境建设的重要性:一要创造有利于人才成长充满活力的工作环境;二要建立合理的利益分配机制与激励机制环境;三要建立良好的用人机制环境;四要营造人际关系和谐的内部环境。这是新时期公共图书馆加强职业道德环境建设的重要内容。
Good professional ethics and environment construction is a very important foundation work for the construction of spiritual civilization in the public library. It is also an important symbol that embodies the purpose of a people-oriented museum in a modern library and the harmony of civilizations as a whole. This article elaborates the importance of strengthening the construction of a professional ethical environment from four aspects: first, to create a dynamic working environment conducive to the growth of qualified personnel; secondly, to establish a reasonable distribution of benefits and incentive mechanisms; and thirdly, to establish a good environment for employing people Fourth, to create a harmonious interpersonal internal environment. This is an important part of public libraries’ efforts to strengthen the construction of a professional ethics environment in the new era.
