卫生事业发展基金筹集的来源 1.根据省政府[陕政发(1989)82号]文件:各级卫生主管部门可以从所属单位年度卫生经费中(不含专款)予提1.5%的经费;2.根据地区卫生局[安地发(1995)55号]文件:从县、区、乡医疗卫生单位财政拨款额(不含专款)中按1.5%提取的人才培养的统筹费;3.按照《医疗机构管理条例》规定收取的管理费、评审费;4.卫生、药品、医疗机构许可证的办证费、验证费;执法中的罚没收入。
Source of funds raised by the Health Service Development Fund 1.
