1.29 卷边接头 edge-flange joint 焊件端部预先卷边的接头,见图1。 1.30 套管接头 muff joint;(sleeve joint) 将一根直径稍大的短管套于需要被连接的两根管子的端部构成的接头,见图1。 1.31 斜对接接头 scarf butt joint 接缝在焊件平面上倾斜布置的对接接头,见图1。 1.32 锁底对接接头 lock butt joint 一个焊件端部放在另一焊件预留底边上所构成的对接接头,见图1。 1.33 母材 base metal;(parent metal) 被焊接的材料的统称。 1.34 热影响区 heat-affected zone 焊接或切割过程中,材料因受热的影响(但未熔化)而发生金相组织和机械性能变化的区域。 1.35 过热区 overheated zone 焊接热影响区中,具有过热组织或晶粒显著粗大的区域。
