各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 2001年4月以来,我省各级政法部门和广大干警在各级党委、政府的领导下,认真贯彻落实中央及省委、省政府关于开展“严打”整治斗争的工作部署,组织开展了“打黑除恶”、“治爆缉枪”、打击车匪路霸和流氓恶势力犯罪,打击抢劫、抢夺,禁毒缉毒等专项斗争,除掉了一批作恶多端的黑恶势力犯罪团伙,惩处了一批刑事犯罪分子,严重刑事犯罪发案得到有效遏制,一些治安乱点和突出治安问题得到有效整治,“黄、赌、毒”等社会丑恶现象得到有力治理,社会治安秩序和社会风气明显好转,人民群众的安全感明显增强,为西部大开发和富民兴黔事业的顺利进行,创造了良好的社会环境。
