用电化学动电位极化的方法研究了缓蚀剂对高强度钢环境氢脆性能的影响。结果表明 ,根据动电位极化测试的腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流可以预测高强度钢发生腐蚀氢脆的倾向性。在飞机外表面清洗溶液中添加含氮有机缓蚀剂可有效地抑制松孔镀镉层的腐蚀和高强度钢的腐蚀氢脆。
The influence of corrosion inhibitor on the hydrogen embrittlement of high strength steel was studied by means of electrochemical kinetic potentiodynamic polarization. The results show that the tendency of high strength steel to corrode hydrogen embrittlement can be predicted based on the corrosion potential and corrosion current of the potentiodynamic polarization test. Addition of nitrogen-containing organic corrosion inhibitor to the cleaning solution on the outer surface of the aircraft can effectively restrain the corrosion of loose-plated Cd-plating layer and the corrosion hydrogen embrittlement of high-strength steel.
