目的 :研究腺苷脱氨酶 (ADA)及 s IL- 2 R对尿毒症患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用次氯酸测氨法及双抗体夹心法 ,对 34例尿毒症患者及 30例正常人血清 ADA活性及 s IL- 2 R进行了检测。结果 :尿毒症患者血清 ADA活性明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 s IL- 2 R明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :尿毒症患者血清 ADA活性降低及 IL- 2 R受体升高可能是导致免疫功能低下的重要原因
Objective: To study the effects of adenosine deaminase (ADA) and sIL-2R on cellular immune function in uremic patients. Methods: Serum ADA activity and sIL-2R levels were measured in 34 patients with uremia and 30 normal subjects by ammonium hypochlorite assay and double antibody sandwich method. Results: Serum ADA activity in patients with uremia was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.01), while s IL-2R was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Decreased serum ADA activity and elevated IL-2R receptors may be an important cause of immune dysfunction in uremic patients
