发动机零件经磨削而产生裂纹的原因比较复杂,它虽然出现在磨削过程中,但有时是冷、热加工因素综合表现的结果;有时,其内在因素还不在磨削而在于热加工;也有时,其诱因还与原材料中的非金属夹杂物有关;通常情况下,热加工质量良好,而磨削工艺不当,则磨削裂纹的产生又自难避免。 而有关文献,对磨削裂纹成因的分析,多从传统概念出发,侧重于冷加工方面,对热加工因素的影响,多疏于论及。致使在生产实践中发现的磨削裂纹,热工部门每拒不任其咎。
