对φ3.2 mm药芯焊丝自保护堆焊的短路过渡焊接工艺过程控制进行了研究。首先建立了适用于波形控制短路过渡焊接的试验研究系统,包括 IGBT逆变焊机、送丝和焊接小车控制系统以及单片机系统等。然后,试验研究了不同阶段的波形控制参数对φ3.2 mm自保护药芯焊丝的短路过渡焊接工艺过程的影响规律,并进行了参数优化。试验结果表明:通过对不同阶段焊接电流的有效控制,可以实现过程稳定、飞溅小、焊缝成形美观的短路过渡焊接,拓宽了φ 3.2 mm自保护药芯焊丝堆焊的焊接电流范围。
The control of short circuit transition welding process of φ3.2 mm flux cored self-protection surfacing welding was studied. First of all, a system of experimental research applicable to waveform control of short-circuit transition welding was established, including IGBT inverter welding machine, wire feeding and welding trolley control system and SCM system. Then, the influence of different waveform control parameters on the short-circuit transition welding process of φ3.2 mm self-shielded flux cored wire was studied and the parameters were optimized. The test results show that the welding current can be shortened by the effective control of the welding current in different stages, which results in a stable welding process, small spatter, and aesthetically pleasing short-circuit transition welds and widens the welding current range of φ 3.2 mm self-shielded flux cored wire.
