设计和制造了一种立式的、循环润滑全浸开放型的油封摩擦扭矩试验机,试验机的相对标准误差为4.3%。在这试验机上测量了一系列油封,其数据和国外已发表的具有同一规律性。参照文献导出了摩擦系数的公式,但所用的径向力的定义不同,因而稍有差剐。通过实验和计算求取了油封的摩擦系数,然后求得动态径向力。此外,还进行了油温和轴的转速对油封的摩擦扭矩影响的实验,并对其结论作了初步的讨论。
An upright, circulating lubricated full immersion open type oil seal friction torque tester was designed and manufactured with a relative standard error of 4.3%. A series of oil seals were measured on this testing machine, the data of which have the same regularity as those published abroad. According to the literature, the formula for the coefficient of friction is derived, but the definition of the radial force used is different and therefore slightly different. The friction coefficient of the oil seal was obtained through experiments and calculations, and then the dynamic radial force was obtained. In addition, the influence of oil temperature and shaft speed on the friction torque of oil seal was also studied, and the conclusion of the experiment was also discussed.
