我科自1966～1979年共收治小儿脊管内肿瘤5例,皆为膜内髓外型良性肿瘤。其中4例长期延误诊断,最长1例延误达五年之久。为提高早期诊断率,本文就此作一分析。
Our department from 1966 to 1979 were treated in 5 cases of pediatric spinal tumors, are all membrane medullary benign tumors. Four of them were diagnosed for long-term delay and the longest one was delayed for five years. In order to improve the early diagnosis rate, this article makes an analysis.
