目的观察复合膳食纤维对小鼠通便功能的影响。方法 2013年10月根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》通便功能评价方法,将SPF昆明种雄性小鼠(体重18~22g)按体重随机分为2组,每组50只。每组再等量分为5组:空白对照组、模型对照组和0.5、1.0、3.0g/kg·bw剂量的复合膳食纤维组。连续灌胃15d后测定小肠墨汁推进率、排首粒黑便时间、5h内排粪便粒数和粪便重量。结果各剂量组对小鼠体重增长无明显影响(P>0.05);高剂量组小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率(92.70±5.34)%较模型对照组(60.46±16.13)%显著提高(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组排首粒黑便时间及排便粒数分别为(163.54±42.79)、(143.16±31.73)、(143.43±44.71)min和(3.18±2.03)、(3.47±2.52)、(3.64±2.86)粒,各剂量组均能明显缩短排首粒黑便时间(P<0.01),增加排便粒数(P<0.05)。结论复合膳食纤维具有通便功能。
Objective To observe the effect of compound dietary fiber on laxative function in mice. Methods In October 2013, SPF Kunming male mice (body weight 18-22g) were randomly divided into two groups (n = 50) according to the method of evaluation of laxative function of “Technical Specifications for Testing and Evaluation of Health Food”. Each group was equally divided into 5 groups: blank control group, model control group and 0.5,1.0,3.0 g / kg bw doses of dietary fiber group. After 15 days of continuous gavage determination of small intestine ink advance rate, the first tablets of black time, 5h within the discharge of stool particles and stool weight. Results Compared with the model control group (60.46 ± 16.13)%, the increase rate of small intestine ink in high dose group (P <0.01) was significantly higher than that in model control group (P <0.01) ). The numbers of the first tablets of melatonin and defecation in the low, medium and high dose groups were (163.54 ± 42.79), (143.16 ± 31.73), (143.43 ± 44.71) min and (3.18 ± 2.03), (3.47 ± 2.52 ) And (3.64 ± 2.86) respectively. Each dose group could significantly reduce the number of defecation particles (P <0.05). Conclusion Composite dietary fiber has laxative function.
