通过采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测量铝锂合金中Ag的含量,探讨了铝锂合金的溶解方法,优化了测量参数。结果表明,使用纯净水、分析纯硝酸和分析纯硫酸时,当采用v(H2O)∶v(HNO3)∶v(H2SO4)=1∶1∶0.3,加热温度为250~300℃,可在30 min内快速溶解铝锂合金;采用Ag 328.068 nm分析谱线作为溶液中Ag含量的分析谱线;获得Ag含量测量的最佳工作参数为:射频功率:1.0 kW,雾化气流量:0.75 L/min,观察高度:10 mm;采用基体匹配法,消除基体的干扰。该方法的检出限为1.4888 mg/L;样品的回收率为99.87%~100.57%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)为0.226%。该方法准确、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,能够满足日常生产检查需要。
The content of Ag in aluminum-lithium alloy was measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), the dissolution method of aluminum-lithium alloy was discussed, and the measurement parameters were optimized. The results showed that when pure water, pure nitric acid and analytical pure sulfuric acid were used, when using v (H2O): v (HNO3): v (H2SO4) = 1: 1: 0.3 and heating temperature of 250 ~ 300 ℃, min. The optimal analytical parameters of Ag content were obtained as follows: RF power: 1.0 kW, atomizing gas flow rate: 0.75 L / min, observation height: 10 mm; matrix matching method to eliminate the interference matrix. The detection limit of this method was 1.4888 mg / L. The recovery of the sample was 99.87% ~ 100.57%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.226%. The method is accurate and rapid, with good precision and accuracy, to meet the daily production inspection needs.
