新医改对医疗机构的医疗保障、药品监督、医疗服务、医患关系、法制建设、健康管理工作均提出了新的要求,其中构建和谐的医患关系对维持正常的医疗秩序、减少纠纷事件、促进医院管理制度进一步完善、促进医疗服务质量的提升均具有关键意义。在实际工作中,如何通过采取有效的管理措施促进和谐医患关系的建立是值得深入探讨的问题,本文详细分析了新形势下医患关系存在的问题和矛盾,并提出了相应的管理建议,旨在为和谐医患关系的构建提供参考。
