目的了解中职卫生学校学生对实验室生物安全认知状况及相关影响因素,为加强中职学校实验室生物安全的教育及采取必要措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取1 250名学生进行问卷调查,应用SPSS17.0进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果中职卫生学校学生对实验室生物安全基本知识总体认知率为47.68%。其中个人防护、认知态度和认知程度、废弃物的处理、职业暴露等突发事件,认知率依次为57.28%、45.76%、42.64%、31.76%;在校生各年级及专业中,2012级医学检验专业学生认知率最高。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响中职卫生学校实验室生物安全基本知识认知的因素有性别、年级、专业、是否经过临床实习。结论中职卫生学校学生实验室生物安全基本知识有待加强,性别、年级、专业、是否经过临床实习为实验室生物安全知识的主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the cognition of laboratory biosafety in secondary health school students and the related influencing factors so as to provide basis for strengthening the education of laboratory biosafety in secondary vocational schools and taking the necessary measures. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 250 students to conduct questionnaire survey. SPSS17.0 was used to analyze single factor and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results The overall recognition rate of the basic knowledge of laboratory biosafety for secondary vocational school students was 47.68%. Including personal protection, cognitive attitude and awareness, waste disposal, occupational exposure and other emergencies, the cognitive rate followed by 57.28%, 45.76%, 42.64%, 31.76%; in all grades and professional students, 2012 Level medical examination students have the highest cognitive rate. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the cognition of the basic knowledge of laboratory biosafety in secondary vocational schools were gender, grade, specialty, and clinical practice. Conclusion The basic knowledge of biosafety in laboratory of secondary health school students needs to be strengthened. Whether sex, grade, specialty, clinical practice or not is the main influencing factor of laboratory biosafety knowledge.
