当前全球信息化的焦点是电子政务建设。电子政务能够改善和协调政府部门之间以及政府部门和民众之间的关系,促进社会关系的进步;恰当地选择电子政务的建设模式能推动当地区域经济发展,提高区域竞争力。区域政府需要因地制宜,确立长远的效益目标,选择正确的电子政务建设模式;从宏观角度引导电子政务建设,以最小投入使区域获取最大收益。
At present, the focus of global informationization is e-government construction. E-government can improve and coordinate the relations between government departments and government departments and the general public, and promote the progress of social relations. The proper choice of e-government construction mode can promote local economic development and enhance regional competitiveness. The regional government needs to set the long-term benefit target according to the local conditions and select the correct mode of e-government construction. It should guide the construction of e-government from a macro perspective and maximize the benefits of the region with minimal investment.
